The Product

A Complete Solar Power Plant in a Container

SolarBoxTM integrates PV generation, deployment structure, electrical protection, inverter interface and monitoring into one transportable platform. It ships like a container, deploys like infrastructure, and operates like a power plant.

Engineered in Singapore. Pre-assembled at the factory. Folded for transit. Unfolded at site.

2 Person Crew, < 3 Hours Deployment Time

250 kWp unit on site — the full deployment, and the retraction that packs it away.

Deployment

The container opens and the array extends out across open ground.

Retraction

The same array folds back down and packs into the container, ready to move to the next site.

Key Advantages
01

Faster Deployment

Pre-assembled architecture cuts site works and commissioning time.

02

Lower LCOE

Engineered for lower delivered cost of energy.

03

Hybrid-Ready

Integrates with grid, BESS, diesel genset, and load management.

04

Reduced Civil Works

Foundation-light installation lowers mobilisation cost and complexity.

05

All-Weather Protection

Containerised electrical equipment and secure stowage mode.

06

Relocatable Design

Foldable mechanism allows the platform to be moved between project sites.

Disclaimer: Indicative estimate on Capex LCOE for 1 SolarBoxTM deployment only, not a price quotation or financial advice. Capex LCOE calculated based on equipment cost delivered FOB China in Q32026 and does not include other ancillary costs such as transportation and site installation. Configurations & Deployment

How the SolarBoxTM Deploys

The SolarBoxTM scales from a single unit to a 10 MW utility array. Below are four recognised electrical configurations, the on-site deployment sequence, and the use-case fit by sector — so you can pick the right one before we engineer the site.

Each SolarBoxTM: 200 kW AC / 235–250 kWp DC. Configuration totals below are stated in kWp DC.

CONFIG-1Single Container
250 kWp
Small C&I
1 × SolarBoxTM → MDB
  • Direct 400 V LV connection
  • Rooftop or workshop loads
  • Class 0.5S meter at MDB
CONFIG-2AC Combiner Cluster
1,000 kWp
Medium C&I
4 × SolarBoxTM units → AC Combiner → MDB
  • 2,000 A combiner busbar
  • Selective earth-fault tripping
  • Per-feeder yield monitoring
CONFIG-3Hybrid + ESS
750 kWp PV + 964 kWh
Microgrid
3 × SolarBoxTM + 4 × Grid-forming ESS
  • Grid-forming (VSG) via ESS
  • Black-start, < 20 ms transfer
  • Critical-load island bus
CONFIG-4Utility-Scale 20 to 34.5 kV MV
10,000 kWp
Utility / IPP
40 × SolarBoxTM units → 5 × Combiner → 10 MVA Tx
  • Step-up to 34.5 kV MV
  • OC / EF / LVRT relay set
  • DNP3 / IEC 61850 SCADA

Industry Applications

SolarBoxTM Use Cases

Mining & Remote Industry

Mining & Remote Industry

Ideal for temporary mining loads, early-stage operations and staged site development. Relocatable SolarBoxTM unit can be moved and redeployed across multiple mining areas. Battery storage can be added to firm up supply and cover peak or night-time loads.

Agriculture & Plantation

Agriculture & Plantation

Ideal for irrigation pumping, cold storage and processing loads in fields far from the grid. SolarBoxTM unit can be deployed alongside seasonal or expanding plantation operations and relocated as cultivation areas shift. Battery storage can be added to extend power availability into early morning or evening operations.

Island & Atoll Utilities

Island & Atoll Utilities

Ideal for diesel offset and stable power supply in geographically isolated communities with limited grid access. Battery storage can be added to provide 24-hour power and reduce reliance on diesel backup.

Disaster Relief / Defence

Disaster Relief / Defence

Ideal for rapid-deployment emergency power following natural disasters or in forward operating and temporary defence installations. Fully self-contained, transportable SolarBoxTM unit can be transported and commissioned quickly with minimal infrastructure. Battery storage can be added for uninterrupted, silent and resilient power during critical operations.

Construction Sites

Construction Sites

Ideal for temporary site power during builds, replacing or supplementing diesel gensets for tools, lighting and site facilities. Relocatable SolarBoxTM unit moves with the project as it progresses through phases or across multiple sites. Battery storage can be added to smooth out demand peaks and cut fuel costs.

Utility / IPP

Utility / IPP (Independent Power Producer)

Ideal for grid-connected or hybrid generation projects requiring lower cost, fast deployment and modular capacity expansion. Standardised SolarBoxTM units allow scalable rollout, easy transport to project sites and simplified integration with existing grid infrastructure. Battery storage can be added to enable dispatchable generation and grid stability services.
